Tetris DS – a game developed and published by Nintendo for its Nintendo DS handheld video game console. The game belongs to the commercial line of games Touch! Generations.
Initially the game was going to be published by THQ but in the end it was released by Nintendo in March 2006 in the United States. The game supports up to 10 players playing locally over Wi-Fi (with a single cartridge), and supports two- or four-player battle mode play over Nintendo’s Wi-Fi Connected Service.
Tetris DS for the Nintendo DS will rekindle your heart for the classic. Up to ten people can join in via Nintendo’s Wi-Fi in a variety of raging gameplay types. Expect most of your favorite Nintendo characters to make a cameo in this next installment in the Tetris series.
