Satellite Assault – 3D arcade game which lets you survive a deadly asteroid field by creating chain reactions to destroy it.
While traveling by regular flight, you were pulled out of hyperspace. You now find yourself in a deadly asteroid field, the territory of the Zaadiqs, a scavenger species that captures travelers and waits for them to be crushed by rocks before collecting the remaining pieces.
These asteroids have a unique ability: when they collide, one of them can become magnetized. It will then follow any non-Zaadiq ship within its range.
You only have a particle shield and a laser to defend yourself. If a rock hits your shield, it explodes, disabling your shield. Your shield will slowly recharge. Note: Each time you fire a laser beam, you will lose 1 shield unit. On the contrary, if you wait long enough without firing your laser, your systems will overload, giving you access to a powerful ionized shield and lasers.
Asteroids and UFOs destroyed by ionized systems will generate three deadly ionized fragments that can destroy other objects in the chain reaction. The deeper an object is in the chain, the more points it earns you.
Warning: if you die too long, a Zaadiq ship may appear, trying to quickly destroy you with a powerful proton laser. An asteroid hit by a proton laser will become magnetic and follow your ship. If your shield is hit by a proton laser, it will be disabled.
