Sweet Home (Japanese: スウィートホーム, “Sweet Home”) – a survival horror RPG video game developed and published by Capcom. It was released in December 1989 for the Famicom console in Japan only. The game itself is based on the film of the same name by Kiyoshi Kurosawa, released the same year.

The game is a classic JRPG, in which a party of adventurers tries to achieve the main goal of the game – to escape from the mansion. Each of the team members has unique skills and items, the use of which is vital to progress through the story. Each of the characters can carry, in addition to the main item and weapon, two more items, which can be necessary to solve puzzles encountered in the mansion. Many puzzles require the unique skills of several characters at once, so the death of one of them during the battle can lead to the impossibility of completing the game.

The game has a strong narrative component, not typical for Famicon / NES games of that time: scattered throughout the mansion are fragments of records of the previous owners of the house, various scenes, inscriptions on the walls and other elements that reveal the plot as you progress through the game.
