no$zx – a free ZX Spectrum computer emulator prepared for the Windows platform. In addition to faithful ZX80/ZX81 emulation, the program also allows you to operate machines such as Lambda or Jupiter ACE.

The program has originally started as a two-weeks hack for emulating the ZX81, but now grew to a decent six-months project. Aside from improved ZX80/ZX81 emulation, it’s now also supporting the Lambda and Jupiter ACE, alongsides with the complete ZX Spectrum series.

The last version of no$zx 2.0 was released in 2012.

The project founder is Martin Korth.
