z26 – a multi-platform Atari 2600 console emulator allows you to run games written for this platform. The program is available for Linux, Mac OSX and Windows. Ported to Xbox.
z26 supports the use of the mouse or PC trackball to play paddle games.
PC or USB joysticks and gamepads are supported to the extent that the operating system and SDL supports them for playing joystick games.
